Time Matters has a simple process for tasks ranging from addressing a letter to creating a Medical Authorization form incorporating a client's name, address, and medical providers.

Second, click the Clipboard icon
and pick the Clipboard Format you want from the list:
That's just about all! The text you need is sitting in the Windows clipboard, ready for you to paste it into a document in your word processor, an e-mail message, or anywhere else you can paste.
