Overview of How Time Matters Works

Time Matters capably assembles documents from information stored in client and case records. Users have three separate approaches to generating documents with Time Matters:

·Clipboard Formats - A quick way to merge names and other information with boilerplate text that can be placed into the Windows clipboard and pasted into a document  
·Merge Templates - Use a wizard-like interface to create mail merge templates used by your word processor to pull data from client and case records into your automated documents  
·HotDocs Link - Leverage the information stored in Time Matters concerning clients and cases and the power of HotDocs to create documents based on logical variables.  

Time Matters has many more features beyond its automated document functions. Falling into the general category of Case Management Systems but extending well beyond the category's usual limits, Time Matters supports almost every aspect of work in law offices.
